My stay at Soul Beach Luxury Boutique Hotel And Spa was nice, with plush accommodations and a serene atmosphere. However, the food options could have been more varied for a boutique hotel of its caliber. and the pool was smaller than I expected.
The room was beautifully designed with modern decor and comfortable bedding. The balcony offered a nice view of the surroundings, adding to the overall experience.
The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to help with inquiries and requests. though getting a response at times took longer than preferred.
Situated conveniently near the beach and local attractions, I enjoyed the easy access to Playa del Carmen's vibrant atmosphere.
While I enjoyed the fish and chips, I felt the menu lacked diversity. there weren't many options to choose from during my stay.
The spa was a highlight, providing a range of good treatments. however, the fitness center left something to be desired with its limited equipment.
